Welcome to Statesville. By accessing or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, logging in via a third-party service, or playing the game, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and Registration
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- Account Creation: You can create an account using an email address or via third-party providers (Apple, Google, Facebook). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through the "Profile" section in the App. Deleting your account will permanently remove your progress, capital, and scores from our active database.
3. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
- Purchases: The App may offer virtual currency ("Political Capital") or cosmetic themes for purchase ("In-App Purchases").
- Non-Refundable: All purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's App Store policies.
- No Real-World Value: Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Restoring Purchases: Non-consumable items (like Themes) can be restored on new devices using the "Restore Purchases" button in the Profile menu.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App to:
- Cheat, hack, or exploit the game mechanics or leaderboards.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other players (e.g., through inappropriate usernames).
We reserve the right to suspend or ban your account if you violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, music, and code in the App are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- As-Is: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
- Limitation: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
